Direct Shipping News
Georgia Shipping Approval Expected in July
The state of Georgia recently passed a law that will allow us to accept wine club memberships and consumer orders for Georgia residents. We are awaiting the publication of the state's paperwork, and should be able to begin accepting orders and memberships in July. If you have questions, or want to be alerted as soon as we can ship to Georgia, just contact us.
Michigan, New York and Florida Open to Wine Shipments
We're thrilled that Michigan, New York and Florida have permitted regulated shipments from wineries around the country. These states now join recent additions Texas and Ohio in permitting direct shipping. Michiganders, New Yorkers and Floridians are now eligible to order wine or sign up for VINsider Wine Club membership.
Responsible Direct Shipping
We are working actively to increase the number of states we can ship wine to (and, by the same token open for our wine club). However, we are also committed to protecting our consumers from questionable or unscrupulous shipping practices. We only ship to states to which we are allowed by state law, and we mark our shipments clearly as wine. We use UPS and FedEx to ship our wine, and all shipments require an adult signature. If you live in a non-shipping state, we're happy to help you find local retailers or wholesalers who carry our wine. Want help finding our wines? View our list of distributors, or contact us!

Supreme Court Rules on Direct Shipping
We are thrilled that the U.S. Supreme Court struck down on Monday, May 16, 2005, laws that prohibit out-of-state wineries from shipping to consumers while allowing in-state wineries to do so. Now, legislative battles in those states and others will determine the future of the wine shipping landscape. Interested in knowing as soon as we can ship to you? Sign up for our mailing list!
