Robert Haas named Paso Robles wine "Person of the Year" for 2007
We're thrilled to announce that Tablas Creek co-founder Robert Haas was recognized for his contributions to the Paso Robles wine community by being named 2007 Wine Industry Person of the Year by the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance. The release announcing the award praised his "leading role in the American wine industry for over half a century". This follows recognizion of his long and diverse career this spring in Wines&Vines and the San Francisco Chronicle.

Robert Parker and Steve Tanzer Review Tablas Creek
We're proud to announce that in the August 2007 issue of the Wine Advocate, Robert Parker reviews Tablas Creek, giving 18 wines 90 or higher, including our 2005 Esprit de Beaucastel 92-24 points, our 2006 Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc 92-95 points, and our 2004 Panoplie 95 points.

In addition, in the November 2007 issue of Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, Josh Raynolds gives gave 19 wines 90 or higher, including our 2005 Mourvedre (91 points), 2006 Rosé (90 points), 2005 Roussanne (92 points), and 2005 Vin de Paille (92 points).
